This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines unacceptable use of eArcu Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This Policy is in addition to any other terms and conditions under which eArcu provides the Service to you.

eArcu may make reasonable modifications to this Policy from time to time by posting a new version of this document on the eArcu website at https://www.earcu.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy. Revisions are effective immediately upon posting. Accordingly, we recommend that you visit the eArcu website regularly to ensure that your activities conform to the most recent version. All modifications to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise noted by us. Continued use of the Service will be considered acceptance of any such modification.

Questions about this Policy (e.g., whether any contemplated use is permitted) and reports of violations of this Policy should be directed to info@earcu.com. The examples listed in this Policy are not exhaustive. Prohibited uses and activities include, without limitation, any use of the Service in a manner that, in eArcu’s reasonable judgment, involves, facilitates, or attempts any of the following:

• Allowing any unauthorised user to access the Service by sharing your login credentials.
• Impersonating another user or providing false identity information to gain access to or use the Service.
• Breaching or otherwise bypassing any security or authentication measures.
• Accessing any areas or parts of the Service you haven’t been granted access to.
• Interfering with the service to any user, site, account, system, or network by use of any program, script, command, or otherwise.
• Testing or reverse-engineering the service in order to find limitations, vulnerabilities or evade filtering capabilities.
• Introducing or activating any viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses.
• Copying information from the Service and distributing it to any unauthorised users.
• Overloading the Service with data requests so as to impair performance.
• Violating the privacy or infringing the rights of others.
• Accessing, sending, receiving, displaying, performing, disclosing, storing, or executing any content in violation of any copyright, right of publicity, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade secret or other intellectual property right.
• Using the Service for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose.
• Displaying, sending, receiving or storing any content that is obscene, pornographic, lewd, lascivious, or excessively violent, regardless of whether the material or its dissemination is unlawful.
• Sending or posting messages or e-mail, to recipients where consent to do so has not previously been obtained.
• Reselling eArcu’s services, in whole or in part, to any entity or individual, without eArcu’s prior written consent, or misrepresenting your relationship with eArcu.
