The new careers website initiative coincided with the launch of Mazars' new global brand and corporate website. These activities have been meticulously planned, involving stakeholders from every area of the business. From recruiters and new starters all the way through to UX design, development, marketing, and digital teams, this project has been a collaborative effort to produce a ground-breaking careers site, with the following objectives in mind:

With the need to co-ordinate with the global brand launch, effective planning and execution was critical. The use of an agile methodology allowed for regular review cycles and feedback sessions in order to continuously evolve the end product in quick sprints. This resulted in the successful and timely launch of an exceptional careers site that not only satisfies, but exceeds expectations.

Mazars' strategy consists of ease of use, with only 3 clicks to apply! Adding in animation, using 3D animation to bring the site to life. select high resolution, crisp images to deliver a premium experience and to ensure the content was clear, up-to-date and delivering the right messaging at the right time.

Transforming job seeking into an experience requires a personal touch. With the help of the eArcu team, meet the recruiter was introduced, putting a face to each job, showing candidates the real people behind the communication.

This project was more than a success, delivering a 45% increase in outreach across all sources. A huge 30% reduction in their bounce rate, with 28% more engagement across the site and a 20% rise in referral traffic, ensures better visibility over a wider range of channels.
