Macmillan Cancer Support is one of Britain’s largest charities and provides specialist health care, information, and financial support to people affected by cancer. As an organisation whose primary goal is to look after and support people, Macmillan knew exactly how... to manage the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic and did so with the upmost of professionalism and compassion.

To look after their workforce during these troubling times, Macmillan worked together with their recruitment system supplier to achieve 3 goals.

Working in partnership with eArcu, Macmillan were able to leverage new and existing functionality to rapidly deploy a fully branded communication platform to meet their three objectives.

Macmillan now has a web-based system that is agile and easy to maintain, spreading a sense of community among the workforce. This resulted in improved engagement, increased efficiencies, fewer queries, and improved learning.
